Video to Gif Converter

Convert your videos to gifs. Convert one, or as many as your browser can handle.

This is not optimized, and your conversion may take a while. However, video conversion happens entirely in your browser. In other words, you don't upload your videos to a server of someone you don't know, and this is entirely private.

This site uses ffmpeg.wasm, which runs ffmpeg in the browser.

I may improve this in the future. For now, I just wanted to create a useful, privacy-focused tool as an alternative to other sites.

Since conversion does not happen on my server, there's no limit to how many videos can be converted at once, except for the limit on what your browser and computer can handle. I recommend converting in smaller batches for now.
